Our dietitians can support you with practical meal planning, healthy eating and strategies tailored to your goals, lifestyle and needs. They’re qualified health professionals focused on helping you improve your health and wellbeing.
Understanding how food affects your health is at the heart of what our dietitians do. We start by getting to know your lifestyle habits and nutritional needs, so we can work out your goals together. From there, we build a diet plan that’s practical and sustainable, taking your cultural or lifestyle preferences into account along the way.
Whether you’re managing a chronic health condition or navigating a particular stage of life, our dietitians can offer nutritional guidance suited to your situation.
You can meet with our dietitians at home, at school, in the community or through online sessions, in both regional and city areas. Our services follow the NDIS price guide, so there’s no gap fee.
How our dietitians can help
If you have any questions, reach out to our friendly team, we’re happy to help.
Flexible, personalised care:
In clinic, mobile or online
Whether you’re the participant or supporting one, our dietitians can meet at home, at school, in the community, in one of our clinics or through online sessions. We keep service delivery flexible, shaped around individual needs, preferences and circumstances.
Online sessions can also be more practical if travel, logistics or personal challenges get in the way. They can open up support from dietitians who aren’t based in your area, which can be useful if local options are limited. If you’d prefer, we can travel to a location that suits you, or arrange sessions in one of our clinics.
You don’t need a referral to book our services.
Our therapy and allied health services can be funded through NDIS, Medicare or other government programs, or you can book privately and pay yourself.
Our services are provided in line with the NDIS pricing arrangements, meaning there’s no gap fee.
If you want fast access without paperwork, our private sessions put you in control of your healthcare journey. We offer flexible funding options to make therapy simple and accessible.
Our team can guide you navigating funding options.
